Grilled Fish Recipe


Ingredients

- 1 tilapia (can also use carp or kwe)

- 3 lime juice

- Sweet soy sauce to taste

- 1 tablespoon tamarind

- 6 red chilies

- 4 cayenne fruit

- 5 red onion cloves

- 3 garlic cloves

- 2 cm of ginger

- 1/2 tsp coriander

- ½ teaspoon salt

- Just enough cooking oil to saute

- White rice (complementary)



How to make

- Blend all ingredients, namely 4 shallots, garlic, ginger, coriander, salt, 5 red chillies, and 3 cayenne pepper.

- Clean the fish, throw the contents of the stomach. Soak in lime juice. Slice the body parts of the fish so that the spices are more pervasive.

- Pour in cooking oil, cook spices that have been mashed.

- Pour the spices that have been cooked over the fish, add with sweet soy sauce. Baluri all over the body surface of the fish. Burn until cooked.

- Slice red onion, red chili, and cayenne pepper. Enter in sweet soy sauce.

- Remove the fish and serve with a plate of warm white rice. Add the lime slices.
